I joined weight watchers last night. I think it will help keep my eating in order. That is the part I am really struggling with is food. I am walking every day to every other day. So, that is in check at the moment. I just tend to over eat.
I upped my walking to 30mins today after three times of walking for 25mins and doing yoga two times. My feet and legs are hurting and I was watching the clock tick down the last third of the walk, begging the clock to hurry up. You would think that adding five minutes would not be that big of a deal, but it was. After I finished my walk my legs were a little shaky, but I felt really energized and more awake then I was before I started. I am so happy I made it through the 30 minutes of my exercise. I felt great after walking both mentally and physically. I am so glad I pushed through. There will be sometimes that will be hard to get it going and to finish it. I just have to remember how I feel after I walk. I feel better after I workout, both about myself and physically better.
